On the Sugo online chat application, my account was closed on November 19th on the grounds of complaints from my friends regarding payment terms. My access to my account was cut off without any warning or detailed explanation.
At the time my account was closed, I had 9500 coins in my account, and not being able to use these coins is also causing me additional grievance. I contacted the Sugo support team about the issue, but unfortunately, I did not receive any positive response, nor was I given a satisfactory explanation about why my account was closed or what I should do.
I request that my account be reviewed and reactivated, and that my grievance be resolved. If necessary, the payment terms and transactions can be examined in detail; as a well-intentioned user, I would like to regain access to my account.
