My Sugo Account Banned Without Proper Reason

On November 19, 2025, at 09:10, my Sugo online chat party account (username: Murat61frnc@iCloud) was closed without my knowledge, allegedly due to a payment rule violation. However, I did not commit any payment-related violation, and I believe the reason stated in the notification is incorrect.

I request that my account be reactivated. I kindly ask that the issue be reviewed and that my grievance be resolved.
