Airalo eSIM Did Not Work Properly During My Albania Trip

I purchased a one-month, 10 GB eSIM package directly from Airalo’s website for use in Albania between March 20 and April 4, 2026, and paid approximately $20 for the package. At first, the eSIM could not be installed properly. Because of this, I contacted support through the application, and within the app I received a notification stating that a refund had been issued to me.

Relying on this information, I was forced to purchase another separate eSIM package from a different operator in order to continue my trip without losing internet access. Later, the eSIM I purchased from Airalo somehow became activated, but this time it still failed to connect to mobile internet, meaning I was again unable to properly use the service.

At the moment, more than 8 GB of the original 10 GB package still remains unused in my account, which clearly shows that I was unable to effectively use the service I paid for. The combination of first being informed that a refund had supposedly been issued and then continuing to experience a nonfunctional service throughout the process caused both financial loss and serious inconvenience during my travels.

For these reasons, I request that Airalo refund at least the unused portion of the package I paid for, since the eSIM never worked properly or reliably at any stage of the service period.
