Air Serbia Refund Problem
I bought two tickets for the Ankara-Belgrade flight on your website fifty-one days ago. Your team canceled the flight, and I have asked for a refund multiple times, but I still haven't received it. Every time I contact your customer service via email, I get the same canned response. My friends who purchased tickets simultaneously have already gotten their refunds, but they say there were technical issues that caused the delay in processing my refund.
I am deeply troubled by this situation and feel obligated to bring it to the attention of the appropriate authorities in order to find a solution.
