I Waited at Air Albania Gate with No Boarding or Staff Communication for 20+ Minutes

On the night of my scheduled Air Albania flight, I arrived at the gate on time and saw “Gate Open” displayed clearly at 23:50. However, despite what the board said, the gate remained closed. I stood there waiting for over 20 minutes with zero updates or announcements. There was no staff present to assist, and when a gate agent finally showed up, she refused to answer any of our questions.
The lack of communication was unacceptable. I repeatedly asked for clarification, but the responses were either delayed or ignored altogether. The ground team seemed indifferent and moved at a frustratingly slow pace. Passengers were left confused, tired, and anxious, unsure if we would even board.
For an international airline, Air Albania must do better. Keeping passengers in the dark while they wait in front of a closed gate is completely unprofessional. I demand a proper explanation and urge the airline to train their ground crew on basic communication and customer handling. No traveler should be treated with such disregard.
