On October 5, a bank/credit card was added to my Apple account on my iPhone 12 without my knowledge or consent, and more than $29 was charged from that card. The card belongs to my uncle and was added by my cousin, who is under 18 and not mentally competent. During these transactions, I did not receive any security notification or warning.
After this incident, I contacted Apple customer support. However, even though I submitted two separate requests, both of them were rejected, and I feel that my ability to exercise my consumer rights has been completely blocked. The email address associated with my account is: e********@gmail.com**.
I believe this transaction was carried out unlawfully and without authorization. I am requesting a refund of the charged amount, restoration of my ability to access my consumer rights, and a written explanation regarding this matter.
Otherwise, I reserve the right to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and pursue the matter through the appropriate legal authorities.
