I Booked with Agoda but the Hotel Can’t Find My Reservation

I made a reservation through Agoda with booking number 1509017440, and I’m supposed to check in tomorrow. But when I contacted the hotel to confirm, they told me they have no record of my reservation in their system. This is incredibly stressful and unacceptable, especially when travel plans are involved and time is running out.

We urgently need support from Agoda to resolve this issue. There’s no Turkish-speaking customer support, no phone number we can reach that actually helps, and we’re being left completely in the dark. We’ve already paid for this stay, yet the hotel says there is no booking in their system.

This appears to be a system error on Agoda’s end, and it’s not something the customer should be suffering for. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the stress this has caused.
