Missing Child Information in Agoda Hotel Reservation
We made a reservation with the booking number 994922292 for a stay at Swandor Topkapı Palace® from September 1, 2022, to September 8, 2022, for 2 adults and 1 child. When I called to confirm the booking, I was told that the reservation only showed 2 adults without the child. I sent several messages through the Agoda app regarding this issue, but there was no response. It's impossible to reach anyone by phone, as there are no customer service representatives in Turkey.
We are at a loss about what to do. Despite offering more affordable prices compared to other websites, there is no service after booking! I don't want to be disadvantaged when we arrive at the hotel! I urgently request Agoda.com to quickly contact the hotel to add information about the child to the reservation.
