Agoda Contact Number Not Working
I recently made a hotel reservation through Agoda for 2 adults and 1 child. I clearly selected all three guests during the booking process. However, when I received the confirmation email, I was shocked to see that only the two adults were listed—my child was completely left out of the reservation.
This is a serious issue, especially when traveling with family, and it puts me in a very uncomfortable position. I’ve tried everything to contact Agoda—searched for email addresses, phone numbers, any kind of customer service—but there’s absolutely no way to reach them. How can a global platform be this inaccessible?
Agoda, this is unacceptable. I need urgent confirmation that my child will be accommodated as originally intended. Fix this immediately and provide proper customer support for issues like this. Don’t leave families in limbo.
