Agoda Overcharged My Credit Card and Removed Child Guests

I made two separate reservations through Agoda.com for the Swandor Topkapı Palace hotel, and in both cases, my credit card was charged more than the amount shown on the e-invoice. Additionally, the child guests I added to my reservation are now missing from the booking details. This overcharge and error are unacceptable, and I’m extremely frustrated with Agoda’s lack of transparency. I expect Agoda to immediately refund the extra amount they charged and correct the reservation details to include the child guests as originally booked. This issue needs to be resolved quickly to avoid further problems with my stay. Please address this as soon as possible!
