I Paid for Agoda Reservation but Hotel Claims No Booking

After booking a hotel through Agoda.com, I called the hotel to ask about transportation. When they checked my reservation, they said because it was made through Agoda, they would charge me extra fees. Today, I also contacted the hotel’s sales managers, who claimed my reservation doesn’t even exist. They spoke rudely, implying I was trying to get a free vacation from Agoda, which is completely unfair since I paid in full. This disrespectful treatment is unacceptable, and I feel frustrated and let down. I demand proper support from Agoda to resolve this issue immediately. I trusted Agoda for my booking and expect them to help fix this problem quickly.
