I Paid Agoda but My Reservation Was Not Confirmed and Customer Service Is Unreachable
I made a hotel reservation through Agoda for tomorrow and have already paid, but the hotel says they never received the payment and my booking isn’t confirmed. Agoda claims they didn’t pay the hotel either, leaving me stuck in the middle. I urgently need this issue resolved because the hotel is refusing to honor my reservation despite the payment being taken from me. To make matters worse, Agoda has no reachable phone number and their customer service is completely unresponsive. I have tried repeatedly to get help but no one answers. This lack of support is frustrating and unacceptable. I demand immediate action to confirm my booking or refund my payment.
