Double Payment From Agoda!

Four days ago, I made a reservation for a room through Agoda. However, when I checked my credit card statement yesterday, I noticed that there were two charges. The first payment was received by the hotel, but there was another charge in provision. This double payment problem is negatively impacting my credit card limit, causing inconvenience and frustration. I urgently request Agoda resolve this issue immediately! This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I have lost trust in Agoda's services. I will never use Agoda again for any future bookings.
