Agoda Charged Me Twice for Reservation, Requesting Refund

Upon reviewing my credit card statement for my reservation with booking number 1437108864 dated November 18, 2024, I noticed that the payment was processed twice. This double charge has caused financial inconvenience, and I am requesting an immediate refund of the extra amount charged.
I trusted Agoda for a smooth booking experience, but this issue has been highly frustrating. I expect Agoda to resolve this promptly by refunding the overcharged amount and ensuring this doesn’t happen in the future. Please address this matter urgently, as I rely on your service to handle payments accurately.
