Agoda Charged Me Twice for the Same Hotel Booking

Hello, I made a hotel reservation through Agoda with the booking number 1483973076, but my credit card was charged twice on different dates for the same reservation. This is completely unacceptable, and I am requesting immediate assistance to resolve this overcharge.

I have attached all the necessary documents as proof of the duplicate transaction. I expect Agoda to refund the second charge back to my credit card as soon as possible. There is no reason why I should be charged twice for a single booking.

I need Agoda to take responsibility for this issue and process my refund without any further delays. Please provide a solution promptly. Thank you.
