My Agoda Reservation Cannot Be Canceled – No Refund or Support

I accidentally booked the wrong location on Agoda and immediately tried to cancel, but the platform does not allow cancellations, and I cannot get a refund. To make matters worse, there is no contact number for Turkey, and reaching a representative is impossible. I’ve tried multiple times, but there’s no way to resolve the issue.

This lack of support and transparency has left me feeling like my money has been wasted. I strongly advise others to avoid using Agoda and instead choose more reliable platforms like Enuygun. Agoda, I demand a prompt resolution—process my cancellation and refund my payment immediately. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I expect better service from a global platform.
