Agoda Reservation Cancellation Refund
We booked 4 men’s rooms, but it turned out to be a women-only hotel. We reached an agreement with the hotel for a refund and are now waiting for Agoda to cancel the booking—please help us. The hotel staff confirmed they have no issue with the cancellation and are just waiting for Agoda to proceed. I couldn’t reach a customer representative through the Agoda app; although I settled the issue with the hotel, Agoda has not been able to process the cancellation. This situation has caused us a lot of stress, and we urgently need assistance to finalize the process.
