Agoda.com was a huge disappointment for me when I wanted to make a hotel reservation, and then more so when I accidentally clicked the cancel button and wasn't able to fix it. I tried contacting customer service, but nothing worked and I ended up losing 2400 TL in unnecessary charges. Despite sending numerous emails that got no response from Agoda, my transaction was never completed. As someone who lives in Turkey, it's especially hard to get in touch with anyone from this website since they don't have any representatives here. I would not recommend anyone trying to make a reservation through Agoda because you're just going to end up wasting your time and money with no one to help you out of the mess if something goes wrong. I have to say, this website doesn't even care enough about its customers to provide decent customer service or issue refunds in case of an issue like mine. It's far better to go somewhere else where you can actually get help if something goes wrong with your booking instead of being left in the dust as I did.
