Agoda Refused to Correct Booking Dates After Glitch, Full Payment Charged
On October 25, 2025, I made a reservation through Agoda for the Barcelona La Frenca Adults Only Hotel (Reservation No: 1662561855). However, due to a system error, my check-in date was automatically shifted three days earlier. I noticed the issue within 1–2 minutes and immediately sent 2–3 emails to Agoda. Unfortunately, I received no resolution and was told that my booking cannot be canceled or modified.
I paid a total of $283 by credit card. I do not want to pay for a service I did not receive, especially since the error originated from Agoda’s system, not mine. My only request is that my reservation dates be corrected to check-in on November 26, 2025, and check-out on November 29, 2025.
I urgently request that this issue be resolved promptly and that I receive a response as soon as possible.
