I Face Agoda Refund Delay – Toyoko Inn Frankfurt Booking Still Not Refunded

On September 4, 2025, I booked a stay at Toyoko Inn Frankfurt Main through Agoda under reservation number 1646994456, with the “Free Cancellation and Refund” option. I paid ₺31,029.27 using my credit card ending in 4177.

I canceled my booking within the legal cancellation period, and the refund process was initiated successfully. For a short time, the refund amount appeared under pending transactions (authorization hold) on my card, but it later disappeared, and no refund has been credited to my account.

When I contacted Agoda’s online support, I only received AI-generated automated replies, stating that the refund could take 30–45 days. However, I have not received any clear response or concrete update from a real representative.

I request that Agoda finalize my refund process immediately, provide transparent communication, and ensure that the ₺31,029.27 I paid is returned to my credit card without further delay.
