Agoda Charged My Credit Card Twice for Reservation with No Customer Support Response

I booked a one-night stay at Brussels 1904 Hotel in Brussels, Belgium, through Agoda (Reservation No: 490321435) for December 15–16, 2024. After returning to Turkey, I noticed that I was charged twice for the same reservation! This is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, Agoda has no real customer service to resolve the issue. Their chatbot is useless and keeps repeating the same scripted response: "The payment for this reservation is collected by the property, not Agoda. We shared your payment details with the supplier and/or property to secure the booking. For questions about payments or refunds, contact the property directly."
This is absurd. I trusted Agoda for this booking, yet no one is taking responsibility or offering help. Agoda must address this immediately and process my refund. Stop passing the blame and resolve your customers' issues!
