Agoda Charged My Credit Card Twice for Reservation with No Customer Support Response

My credit card was charged twice for my Agoda reservation on October 2, 2024, under reservation number 62o74o583. Even though I asked for assistance, I have not gotten anything. Customers in Turkey have no easily available contact number or live chat; I cannot locate anyone to assist in resolving this! On October 2, the whole cost for my stay was already subtracted; yet, on October 5 the same amount was charged once more. Seeing such a significant problem go unresolved irritates me, especially given Agoda's customer care is not easily reachable. This double charge needs to be fixed right away since it has resulted in an unwarranted financial load.
