Agoda Charged My Credit Card Twice for the Reservation and Offered No Support


My credit card was charged twice for my Agoda reservation on March 12, 2025, under booking id 1567134000. Despite reaching out for help, I have received no support. Customers in Turkey have no direct contact number or live chat for assistance, leaving me with no one to resolve this issue. The full amount for my stay was already deducted on March 12, yet the same amount was charged again on March 15. It is frustrating to see such a serious issue remain unresolved, especially when Agoda’s customer service is so difficult to reach. This double charge has placed an unnecessary financial burden on me, and it needs to be corrected immediately.
