Agoda Charged My Credit Card Twice for the Reservation and Offered No Support
My credit card was charged twice for my Agoda reservation on October 2, 2024, under reservation number 62OOO+5399O. Despite reaching out for help, I have received no support. Customers in Turkey have no direct contact number or live chat for assistance, leaving me with no one to resolve this issue. The full amount for my stay was already deducted on October 2, yet the same amount was charged again on October 5. It is frustrating to see such a serious issue remain unresolved, especially when Agoda’s customer service is so difficult to reach. This double charge has placed an unnecessary financial burden on me, and it needs to be corrected immediately.

I made a 2-night reservation at Özbek Hotel through Agoda with Booking number 62OOO,5399O. Due to reviews about the Hotel, I requested a cancellation. The Hotel confirmed that my reservation was canceled but instructed me to discuss the refund with Agoda. However, I am unable to reach Agoda; there is no customer service representative or contact number available. I urgently request a refund of ₺2,531.82 charged to my credit card for this reservation.
