Agoda Hidden Fees And Terrible Stay At Hotel Versailles By Vieras

The experience was extremely disappointing for several reasons. The room walls allowed loud noise from the disco to pass through, making it impossible to sleep at night. The service quality was very poor and did not meet even basic hospitality standards, and the light in our room could not be turned off at all during our stay. At check-in, the hotel also demanded an additional “tourism and municipalities” fee, which was never disclosed anywhere on Agoda during the booking process, even though we had already paid the full amount at the time of reservation. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I request appropriate action and compensation for the inconvenience caused. Agoda should also ensure that all hidden charges are clearly stated before payment to avoid misleading customers in the future.
