Agoda Charged My Card Twice for Reservation 1388375408, No Support Available

On October 2, 2024, my credit card was charged twice for my Agoda reservation (Reservation No: 1388375408). Despite reaching out, I’ve received no response. There is no contact number or live chat available for customers in Turkey, and I can't find anyone to address this issue! Although the full amount for my stay was already deducted on October 2, the same amount was charged again on October 5. I am requesting an immediate refund for the duplicate charge. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable, and I expect Agoda to resolve this issue promptly.
