Agoda Charged Me but the Hotel Rejected Booking

I made a reservation in Istanbul through Agoda on June 13 with the booking number 1620327171, and the payment was successfully taken. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they told me they don’t work with this company and turned me away. I had to find another place to stay at the last minute, which caused unnecessary stress and extra cost. Agoda doesn’t have a call center in Turkey, and they handle customer issues through an automated system that only wastes time. I couldn’t reach anyone by phone, found no solution, and haven’t received a refund. This app relies entirely on a flawed algorithm and provides no real customer support.
