I Booked Through Agoda but the Hotel Was Full and Now I Can’t Get My Money Back

I made a reservation through Agoda with booking number 1609157246. When I arrived at the hotel, they told me they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate us. I was left without a room, despite having a confirmed and paid reservation.

I immediately tried to contact Agoda customer service, but it’s impossible to reach anyone. None of the phone numbers in Turkey are answered, and there is no live support to resolve urgent issues like this. I’ve been left completely stranded and ignored.

I demand a full refund in ₺ for a service that was never provided. If Agoda continues to avoid responsibility, I will take legal action and pursue a court order to block access to the site in Turkey. You cannot take customers' money, provide nothing in return, and refuse all contact. This needs to be resolved immediately.
