Agoda Charged Me As I Was Checking Out Reviews, Refund Necessary
I was using the Agoda app to check out hotel reviews,out of nowhere, the app charged a total 16,000 TL from my registered card without my permission! W*f? , I'm stuck trying to get that money back because they won't process the refund. It's all because of some glitch in the app. Like, seriously? The app just went ahead and made a reservation on its own and took my hard-earned 16,000 TL without even asking! I want my money back, and I want it now! They better sort this mess out and refund me, the reservation number: 2307291539133173309. can't believe the nerve of the app doing this to me?
