Agoda Overcharged My Booking by 30% Without Support for Refund

I made a reservation on Agoda where the listed nightly price was ₺2,192, but I was charged ₺2,813—30% more than the advertised rate. Despite this clear overcharge, there’s no accessible customer service to address the issue. The app lacks a proper section to file complaints, offering only pre-selected, automated questions that don’t address my problem.
I expected a reputable platform like Agoda to operate transparently, not mislead customers with false discounts. I have proof of the overcharge and can provide documentation to verify the discrepancy.
I am requesting an immediate refund of the excess amount charged to my account. Agoda must improve its support system to allow customers to resolve such issues promptly and effectively.

I have documented that they have taken too much money. They asked for 5 days for the check but unfortunately I did not get back to them.
