I had a shocking experience with Agoda.com recently. This unknown website deducted a significant amount, 826 SGD, equivalent to 17,000, from my account out of nowhere. I was stunned, wondering how a site I'd never used or even heard of could gain access to my funds without my permission. To make matters worse, I hadn't made any bookings or reservations on Agoda.com, so this unauthorized transaction caught me completely off guard. It left me feeling both violated and concerned about the security of my financial information. I demand answers and, above all, the return of my hard-earned money.
