Agoda.com Scam—Unauthorized Debit

I just discovered that this company took almost 19,000 TL from my account without me knowing. It looks like they're involved in scams because everyone I know has experienced this situation. I want my money back that was taken from my account. The bank has been delaying me for a month and a half. Today, the bank told me that I should report a crime. It looks like agoda.com thinks they can do this. I've written up my complaint to give to the prosecution. I will send it to the prosecutor in 2 days. A forensic expert will look into which IP address the service was taken from, what was paid, what was withdrawn, and what was billed. The replies to all the complaints are filled with the same lies, like saying they offer support in English. The thing you're missing is that there's something called "translation." When you take out thousands of dollars from people's accounts without them knowing, language isn't an issue. This process occurs in all languages spoken by people from different countries. They keep asking people for a reference or reservation number. Are you boldly asking for the reservation number of the money you took without permission? Nobody has figured out how to get reimbursed for the money that was taken without permission.
