Agoda Booking Guest Name Change Issue

I made a reservation through Agoda for a Deluxe Premier Room at Pullman Hotel Singapore under booking number 1992988758. I contacted Agoda today because I need to change the lead guest name on this reservation and I requested that this be done without any extra charges. However, despite reaching out to Agoda, I did not receive any response regarding my request to change the lead guest name. I also contacted Pullman Hotel Singapore directly with the same request, but again received no reply. At the moment I am left without any clear information on whether this simple change can be made, even though the booking is confirmed. I request that my lead guest name be changed on this reservation without any additional fees and that I be informed clearly and promptly once this has been done. I expect Agoda and the hotel to support this reasonable request so that I can use my booking without any issues.
