Agoda Booking Error – Hotel Says No Reservation Under My Name
I made a reservation through Agoda to stay at Signature 1 Hotel Tecom Dubai from November 4, 2025, to November 9, 2025, for a total of $663 USD. My booking details are as follows: Book ID: 5870*19** and Booking Reference Number: 20381312. I completed the payment with my credit card and have both the bank receipt and the voucher document from Agoda as proof.
However, when I contacted the hotel to confirm my reservation, they told me that no booking under my name or reference number exists in their system. Even after I provided my ID details, they were unable to locate my reservation. I tried reaching out to Agoda’s customer service, but I only received automated responses, and their call center is not answering. I also emailed them but haven’t received any reply yet.
My trip is just two weeks away, and after reading similar complaints, I’m very worried about being left without accommodation. I demand that Agoda either ensure my hotel stay is properly confirmed or resolve this issue immediately so that I don’t suffer financial or travel-related losses.
