I received a confirmation email with a reservation number, but when I called the hotel to confirm my booking, they informed me that the reservation number did not match their records. This has caused me a great deal of confusion and concern, as I want to ensure that my accommodation is secured for my upcoming stay.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Could you please verify the reservation details on your end and provide me with the correct information? If there is a problem with my booking, I would like to know how to rectify it or if I need to make a new reservation.
