Aesop’s Hand Wash Pump Stopped Working Halfway Through the Bottle

I bought Aesop’s Resurrection Aromatique Hand Wash in the 500ml pump bottle, anticipating a high-quality experience, but the packaging was quite disappointing. The pump functioned well initially, but once the bottle reached the halfway mark, it began to dispense inconsistently and ultimately stopped working altogether. I’ve been forced to unscrew the cap and pour the soap by hand, resulting in an annoying mess and waste. Considering Aesop's premium pricing and esteemed reputation, I anticipated an exceptional product along with dependable packaging. The hand wash is wonderful, but the malfunctioning pump takes away from the overall experience and leaves me uncertain about buying from this brand again.
