Nuxe Eye Serum Pump Malfunction – Difficult to Use & Needs Fixing

I purchased the Nuxe Eye Serum from a pharmacy, expecting a high-quality product. However, the pump mechanism is defective and does not dispense the product properly. I have to struggle for nearly 10 minutes just to get a small amount out, making it incredibly frustrating to use.

Additionally, the bottle design makes it impossible to access the serum manually because a plastic insert blocks the opening, preventing me from retrieving the product in any other way. This is unacceptable for a premium-priced skincare item.

The serum itself seems to be of good quality when I can actually use it, but the effort required to dispense it makes the experience far from satisfactory. I request a replacement pump or a refund because a product that cannot be used efficiently is essentially useless. Nuxe needs to address this design flaw immediately to avoid frustrating more customers.
