Today, I bought the Studio Radiance Serum Foundation from the Kanyon store without checking the box beforehand, which is typically expected. Upon arriving home and opening the box, I discovered that the pump designed for dispensing the foundation was unfortunately broken. How is this even possible? I am extremely dissatisfied and demand a prompt resolution to this matter. Kindly respond as soon as possible.
