I bought the L'Occitane Almond Shower Oil, but to my dismay, I discovered the bottle was empty just a week later. It turns out the bottle had a crack, causing all the oil to leak out from the bottom. I even refilled it to check and, while there’s no visible crack, the bottle leaks entirely when lightly squeezed. I’m incredibly disappointed, as this product is quite expensive, and to see it wasted in a matter of days is frustrating. I expected better quality from L'Occitane, especially given the high cost. I’m asking L'Occitane to address this issue and provide a replacement for the faulty bottle.
