Megalisans Sold Me an Invalid Adobe License

June 22 6:04 PM

On May 12, 2026, I purchased an Adobe Acrobat Reader 2024 for Windows license from a website called Megalisans under order #20048. However, this week I started receiving warning messages from Adobe stating that the license is invalid and that the software will stop working.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Megalisans, the website where I purchased the license. I first reached out through their live chat, but I never received a response. I then tried contacting them by email, but that message also went unanswered. Their website does not provide a phone number, so I have no other way to reach anyone for assistance.

Because Megalisans sold me an invalid license and has completely failed to respond to my support requests, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid.
