Adobe Creative Cloud Account Suspended for 'Fraudulent Behavior' Despite Legitimate Purchase

Adobe Creative Cloud Account Suspended for 'Fraudulent Behavior' Despite Legitimate Purchase
April 13, 2024 11:56 PM68

On March 4, 2024, I purchased the Creative Cloud All Apps 100 GB subscription with product number 65230046. However, today when I tried to access my account, I was met with a message stating that my account has been suspended.

Upon checking my email, I found a message from Adobe stating:

"Dear Mehmet,

We are writing to inform you that our fraud prevention specialists have detected fraudulent activity associated with your Creative Cloud All Apps 100 GB subscription. Consequently, your subscription has been canceled, and you will no longer have access to Adobe applications and services under this subscription.

Sincerely,

The Adobe Team"

I am utterly baffled by this accusation. I made the purchase through legitimate means and have never engaged in any fraudulent activity. This abrupt suspension has caused significant disruption to my work and workflow.

I demand that Adobe rectify this error immediately. I request a thorough investigation into this matter and a prompt reinstatement of my account.
