Adidas Return Process Delayed, Refund Still Not Issued After 10 Business Days

I returned an Adidas product (Order No: ATR03624270) on September 25, 2024, as the size did not fit. However, I still haven’t received my refund. When I called customer service for an update, they informed me that the return package reached their center on November 26, 2024, and is still under review.
I don’t understand what kind of issue requires such extensive checks for a simple return. They mentioned delays due to the November sales rush, but nearly 10 business days have passed, and this is completely unreasonable. I expect Adidas to expedite the process and issue my refund immediately. Delaying refunds like this is unacceptable, and I demand prompt action.

Despite the legal period specified for the return having expired, the refund has still not been issued!
