adidas Sent Me the Wrong Product Twice Despite Promising a Controlled Exit
A wrong product was delivered to me instead of the item I ordered from Adidas with order number SATR03749640. I contacted customer relations, and the representative I spoke to, G***, informed me that she would send a message for issuing a refund and that I should respond to it by attaching an image of the wrong product. I followed the instructions, but after receiving no callback within a day, I contacted customer relations again. During my initial conversation with Ms. G***, she suggested that I repurchase the product, fearing it might go out of stock, but I expressed concern about the risk of receiving the wrong product again. She assured me that a controlled exit request would be created, eliminating the possibility of another mistake. Trusting this assurance, I placed a new order with the number ATR03756847, yet the product arrived wrong once again. This is absolutely unacceptable. Despite Ms. G*** and another customer relations representative assuring me after the first mistake that they would request a controlled exit to prevent this from happening again, the wrong product still arrived. I sent a photo of the incorrect product today for the second time. I never expected such poor service from a large, well-established corporate company like Adidas. I am urgently waiting for a solution. Note: The return option on their online site is currently unavailable due to a technical issue, which they acknowledged during our communication.
