Adidas Warranty Hassle Leaves Me Empty-Handed
I recently bought a mont from an Adidas store, only to have it deform within a short period of time. In search of a solution, I took the product to an Adidas store, where they assured me it would be inspected. I had no idea that this inspection would last over two months, leaving me in suspense. Finally, a decision was made, but here's the catch: the same month I purchased for 3500 TL is now priced at a whopping 5500 TL. To make matters worse, the exact size I require is unavailable, and alternative mont options cost nearly twice as much. I'm stuck in this frustrating situation because I can't afford either the same or a different monthly payment. To add to the confusion, an Adidas message stated that I could shop at any Adidas location, but customer service insisted that I could only shop at the location where I made the initial purchase. It's a failure of customer service that has left me empty-handed and disillusioned with Adidas.
