Adidas Discount And Shipping Trickery
On November 28, during a discount period, I purchased a pair of Adidas Spezial women’s shoes from Adidas at a 25% discounted price. Even though the product appeared to be in stock at the time of purchase, it was not shipped to me, with the explanation that it was actually out of stock. When I contacted customer service, I was told that my order would be shipped once the stock was updated. However, a few days later, without any prior notice, my order was canceled on December 10, and I then saw that the same product was restocked at a higher, increased price. In other words, the product I purchased at a discounted price was canceled and relisted for sale at a higher price. My order number is ATR90708261. I request that Adidas honor the discounted price I paid during the promotion and ship the product at that price, or alternatively, provide a coupon of equivalent value to compensate for the inconvenience I experienced.
