Hello, I purchased a pair of Ozmillen shoes from your Adidas store at Hilltown in Izmir/Karşıyaka on 11/04/2024. Unfortunately, the right sole of the shoe emits a persistent creaking noise with every step, which is not only discomforting for me but also disturbs those around me. It has made me hesitant to walk in professional environments. The product was sent for inspection, only for the store to claim it's due to user error. Excuse me, were we supposed to wear the shoes on our hands instead of our feet? Let that knowledgeable expert enlighten me on this matter! Shouldn't I have trusted Adidas? Should I have gone for knockoff brands instead? Adidas has lost my trust by not standing behind their product. I won't even consider buying shoes from them again, let alone anything else. I'll discourage others from purchasing as well.
Despite all this time passing, I have not received any response. Since April 11, 2024, the squeaking in the shoes has continued in a very disturbing manner. This is a shoe with a complete manufacturing defect, and Adidas has not stood behind its product in any way. The authorized dealer, Adidas at Izmir Hilltown, has not shown any interest at all.
So far, there has been no progress. No official has responded in any way. Neither Turkish officials nor European or world officials have responded. I wonder if this situation were in another country, would they solve the problem immediately? Meanwhile, I continue to wear the squeaky shoes occasionally, hoping it will go away on its own. Will it go away after all these months? I will never buy any Adidas product again.
