Adidas Shoe Sole Separation After Normal Use Awaiting Inspection Result
I bought an Adidas shoe from the Sarıyıldız store in Menemen, İzmir. After a while of normal use, the shoe started to wear out noticeably and the sole began to separate. Because of this problem, I took the product back to the Sarıyıldız store and they informed me that they would send the shoe to the factory for inspection. I am waiting for a clear and fair result regarding this process, as the shoe has worn out and the sole has separated in a way that is not compatible with normal use. Due to the wear and sole separation problem, I request that my product be either exchanged with a new one or that a refund be made.
I bought the shoes and within two months experienced wear and opening issues, I took them to the store and handed them over to be examined by the factory, but I received a negative written response and no contact has been made yet, I got no result. My request for a refund or exchange has still not been resolved.
