Adidas Refused to Replace My Shoes Despite the Upper Mesh Coming Apart

Regrettably, I am dissatisfied with the quality of the Adidas shoe that I bought from the FLO store at "Şanlıurfa Piazza In Street" not long ago. The upper mesh began to naturally tear away from the shoe as time went on. On August 30th at 11:34, I returned the sneakers to the store, and they promptly made a note of the defective item. Nevertheless, I got a notification today stating that my request had been examined and no manufacturing flaw had been discovered. I think the shoes should be covered because they exhibit evidence of damage, thus I'm rather surprised by this conclusion. I really think the product is defective, and I would want to ask for a reevaluation of this judgment because I was hoping for a more comprehensive study.
