Adidas Refund Delay (Over a Month)





I purchased a pair of shoes from adidas.com on April 3, 2024, and even though I returned them, it has been a month and I still haven't received my refund. Every time I ask about the refund process, they always give me the same response: "Your refund is still being processed." Every time I reach out to customer service, they always seem to blame everything on the holiday season. I kindly request that my refund be processed as soon as possible, otherwise I may need to escalate the matter further.
