Adidas Running Shoes Exchange Delayed Beyond Promised Timeframe
On November 11, 2024, I purchased Adidas running shoes for two friends new to running. When the shoes arrived on November 18, they were too tight for both. On November 19, I initiated a return for one pair as no larger size was available and ordered one size up for the other. The return was shipped on November 20, and Adidas received it on November 22. While the refund for the returned pair was processed on November 29, the exchange for the other pair still has not arrived as of December 6.
Adidas promised a 5-14 day turnaround for returns and exchanges but has not honored this commitment. Customer service informed me that the same color is out of stock and suggested a refund, but I do not want a refund—I want the shoes exchanged. This delay is unacceptable, and I request an immediate resolution to this issue.
