adidas Did Not Ship My Online Shoe Order After 22 Days

On December 16, 2024, I ordered a pair of shoes from adidas online, but even after 22 days, they still have not been shipped. Despite calling countless times, the only response I received was that the order was still in the ordering stage. The answers were inconsistent and vague, and the indifference shown was frustrating, with comments like "if the product does not arrive within one month, the warehouse will automatically cancel it." People expect quality customer service and solutions from a well-known brand, but there was no genuine interest or effort to resolve the issue. At one point, I even questioned whether I was dealing with a scam site. Realizing the problem could not be resolved, I decided to write this to prevent others from making the same mistake.

The shoes I bought on December 16, 2024, still haven't arrived. And they are so irresponsible that they act as if nothing happened. They can't provide clear information because they don't know themselves, and the worst part is they don't even try to find out. They're so afraid of the warehouse that they can't ask where the problem is. I called 100 times, but not once did they call back and say, 'Sorry, we're dealing with your product.' A typical example of German customer relations. They see themselves as kings and us as third-world citizens. I won't buy again. Don't you buy either. Even in imitation stores, there is better customer service.
